The Dutch speaking XOOPS community website has moved to a new domain, NLXOOPS.NL Despite of the fact xoops.nl could still be used we have chosen to move to a new domain. Owning a new domain gives us independency, we want to leave the past with quarrel and a painful lawsuit behind.
All existing xoops.nl user accounts still work on NLXOOPS.NL, just use your familiar username and associated password to login to the new website.
Existing xoops.nl forum posts have been migrated to the new support forum on NLXOOPS.NL Please use the NLXOOPS forum for new threads or follow-ups to existing posts.

Common Utilities 2.1.43 beta is available for download!. In fact it has been available to download from our site for several days, however we have dedicated this time to test its functionality in a production environment to verify that everything works properly.
This release includes fixes to problems reported so far, but since version 2.1.40 have been very few reports.
We have also made the following changes:
- User Manager enabled. - New Block Manager. It allows better management of the blocks and creating custom positions. Now you can add blocks anywhere in your theme with just create a position and enable it to smarty. It is also fully compatible with XOOPS block system. - Fixed a problem that arose with the jQuery plugin for cookies. Because some servers file name recognized him as a threat.

X-REST API 1.52 Rest API with JSON, XML & Serial Response Community Release by Fibredyne Pty Ltd
X-REST 1.50 is a REST API for XOOPS 2.x series. It will work with earlier version of xoops as well upto XOOPS 2.5. It provides a full REST API with JSON, XML and Serialisation Responses. It uses the standard plugin set for the other APIs as well as this one to provide a streamlined solution to APIs on your site, the plugins are compatible with all other API by chronolabs. You may be familar with a REST api such as the ones at Google, Twitter, Facebook etc, this is just the same but allowing for API Action on your own website.
There is two reserved variables on the REST API which are the following: xrestplugin & outputmode.
To call a REST API Function you must know the filename of the plugin, say it is called plugin.php then the following call will call the function on the API. ./xrest/plugin/?var1=example1&var2=example2 or for an XML response you would call ./xrest/plugin/xml/?var1=example1&var2=example2 and of course for PHP Serialisation you could call ./xrest/plugin/serial/?var1=example1&var2=example2 - you can also POST to the api where you can call the following folder for the plugin function http://yoursite.com/modules/xrest/plugin/ where the variables defined in the plugins XSD var1 and var2 are posted using cURL or other systems headers. In this example the variable xrestplugin would equal plugin. You can change the output mode where JSON is the default, by specifying in the variables outputmode=xml for xml output, outputmode=serial for PHP Serilisation output and the standard where you don't need to specify is JSON for outputmode=json for JSON output.

Xpayment is a module that allows you to write customised payment gateways, as well as having modular hooking stratum in the module with a second plugin section for modules and responses to invoices in any module to control invoice and transactions for any module needing a cart.

WURFL is a module that will allow theme designers to implement themes customised for Mobile Computing. WURFL is a XML Database that this module will import and allow for propogation of it resources on User Agent based browsing of mobile phones.
WURFL is a world leader in Mobile communication data and this module utilizes WURFL from sourceforge (see. http://wurfl.sourceforge.net). This module is now complete with Theme Switching depending on the capabilities of the mobile computing device whether it be phone or pad.

Profile 1.75 Verbose Validation Edition Community Release by Fiberdyne
Profile 1.75 is a version of Profile module for XOOPS that allows for a verbose registration to be done. It also allows for a Speed Test with the Speedtest module to be run before registration for user limits to be placed on internet speed for registering for a site.
This has a field for validation that allows for Text Match, RegEx or SQL Validation to be used to prevent people registering with your website without having validation data of sometype such as an existing email address or an invite code or some regular expression statement.

Xortify - Fortify your XOOPS. Community Release by - Chronolabs Co-op.
A cloud computing process is one which staggers multiple networks sometime and mainly unknown to the webmaster into a network or cloud of data. I use to get regular signup maybe 4 people a day on chronolabs.coop, however blinded by how obvious it was actually a smart spam bot making usernames so it could spam attack my website; it was able to even step past the captchas and answer my extra signup question of a known email address on the system to sign up, luckly its IP addreses, that is the address systems have on the internet was known on the honeypots and it is now blocked.
